A simple color tip for beginners, you can view the result in the image below.
Let’s take this image. Open it in Adobe Photoshop.
First, take this image layer and duplicate it. Set the image mode of the layer above to Overlay.

While having the same layer selected, go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and set it to 2,5 px.

Then click on the button to Create a new fill or adjustment layer (
) and choose Hue/Saturation.
Check the Colorize box and use the following settings:
Hue – 360;
Saturation – 23;
Lightness – 0.
Now set the opacity of thie adjustment layer to 50%.

Click again on the same button (
), but now choose Brightness/Contrast.
Check the Use legacy box and use the following settings:
Brightness – -14;
Contrast – +4.

That’s it!
